Ikidsplace.com Reviews – Dave Nelson…
Is Ikidsplace.com A Scam?
Ikidsplace.com is an online business opportunity where you have a chance to start a business marketing and selling kids toys, clothes, goods, etc… online.
It is promoted as a way for you to enter the billion dollar “kids” industry where parents dump all of their money into the cost of raising their children.
The premise of Ikidsplace is that you sign up to receive your own kids commerce website that is plug and play ready for you to start promoting and making sales.
Basically all you have left to do (and I say this with a sarcastic tone) is learn how to market online and drive traffic completely on your own…with no mentorship or guidance –sounds simple right?
Well I say it mockingly, but it is not a joke. Learning internet marketing is not something you pick up in a few days. It requires time and dedication like any learned skill.
Back to Ikidsplace though…let me run through this review using my favorite 3 Strike method. If Ikidsplace strikes out then you get the idea of whether or not I recommend this opportunity:
- Duplicated websites –Not a fan, basically a duplicated website means you and all the other Ikidsplace affiliates have the same exact selling proposition. If you don’t give people a unique reason to buy from you, then they wont! –STRIKE 1
- Hosted by Ikidsplace.com – The foundation of building a successful online business is to control and own your own website. If you have no control over the most important aspect of your business then you essentially don’t have a business. It can be here today and gone tomorrow. I believe in hosting your own website. –STRIKE 2
- Better Business Bureau Rated F – Hmmm probably don’t need to explain this one too much but anytime a business opportunity has received a rating of F from the BBB then it’s probably a good indicator to stay away…
Based on BBB files, Ikidsplace has a BBB Rating of F on a scale from A+ to F.
-BBB.com
I’m not sure what merited the rating, but I do know the BBB is an organization I can trust. –STEEEERIIIIIIKE 3!!
You know what 3 strikes means…
Ikidsplace.com is not worth your time or money!
Do I agree with the idea of affiliate marketing? Yes, absolutely.
The problem is this opportunity doesn’t appear to have been put together very well.
You might be able to make money (and I hope you do if you already signed up for this program) but it doesn’t seem like a viable long term business.
What about you, have you had any experience with Ikidsplace.com? Post your review below.

I heard abour ikidsplace through a PCH email. I always check out everything before I do anything. Most of what I saw was positive about this company, but your review prompted me to check with BBB.com. I inquired about ‘ikidsplace’ and ‘i kids place’ and there was no listing. Can you send me a link?
I also checked ripoffreport.com and found no complaints there.
Hi Loree! Thanks for the feedback.
Here is the link to Ikidsplace.com’s F rating with the BBB:

Hope this helps!
Requested their CD’s for info on business opportunity – paid $1.95 S & H. Received my CD’s in the mail, both broken, called to have replaced & ask why there was a $9.95 charge on my CC. That’s when I learned I was signed up for a kid safety program by default when I requested CD’s. $9.95 is monthly fee for this “ikidssafe” program (for personal use & completely unrelated to their so-called business opportunity.) The perverbial “light bulb” came on and I realized that may be how this company makes their money, by charging you for services you didn’t know you requested. I cancelled everything right then & got all the cancellation numbers – done deal right? NOT – $39.95 charge shows up on my CC posted that same day! I call once again – apparently I didn’t cancel within the 14 days of my initial request. Nevermind they waited 7 days to mail out the info. No way you can get in their 14 day window. Again, charge for services not received. I requested refund, they refused (rudely). I’m disputing with my CC company, we’ll see what happens. Major SCAM in my opinion. I check my CC bill each month, a lot of people don’t. I wonder how many $9.95’s their getting monthly from people who don’t notice it because it’s such a small amount? Also, how many times have they gotten the $39.95 from people who thought they cancelled within the appropriate time frame. I really believe this is how this company makes their money. Steer Clear!! Next time I won’t be so quick to jump in.
Wow, sounds like you were really thrown for a loop Karen. Some of the experiences you share are valuable lessons for us all!
I AM SIGNED UP BUT DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CDS IN THE MAIL & i AM PAYING 39.95 MONTH AND DID NOT KNOW THAT I HAD TO EITHER. I CALLED THE 800 NUMBER AND COULD NOT GET THROUGH. NUMBER I HAVE IS1-800-931-3085. COULD SOMEONE TELL ME IF THIS RIGHT.
