There are scams in real estate and banking, but, that doesn’t make real estate or banking a scam.

You can’t offer much attention who like to impose their ‘digital’ thinking on the subject, i.e., all or nothing inferences on cash gifting, or anything else. I have placed articles on the confusion created by missed perceptions and faulty logic. One topic I address is the legitimacy of that tax strategy-related gifting as directly opposed to gifting between individuals with non-tax strategy intentions, both legitimate and illegitimate. They both intended as willful redistributions, one who gifts another, neither with the absolute and sole intention of creating an income flow or stream, which is exactly the point where the less legitimate intent can be created.

Obey the law. Moderate the expectation. Avoid big promises. Everything is supply/demand. House prices can’t go skyward without outstripping income, unless crashing. Getting wealthy from cash gifting is not going to happen for many who participate, even if it happens for a few, that is, unless someone can create more supply than demand.

On Scott Miller’s website he has a special offer webpage where he offers a deal for new members. Since Scott Miller offers deals, he is blocking my prospects from joining me. Scott Miller is advertising these deals on his website! This is immoral and The Peoples Program should be ashamed of themselves for letting this happen.

Think about it, you join at the 500 dollar level. that means you can only offer deals up to the 500 dollar level. Scott Miller can always offer a better deal than you and therefore will always get the gift. the new prospect will contemplate, should I send “Bob” 150 and be put at the 500 level or send scott miller 150 and be put at the 1,500 level? Scott Miller will always beat your deals and will prevent you from receiving any cash giftings. On top of that, scott miller has dominated and has created a monopoly within cash gifting. He must receive nearly all the cash gifts within the industry. He is always number one in google. The peoples program is a scam and should be shut down. I came across a youtube video of Fox proving cash gifting is a scam. FOX even did an undercover investigation and mentioned the abundant living system which is basically a sister program of the peoples program. Stay away from this scam!

  3. Jane Hoffman says:

I was involved in cash gifting about 8-10 years ago, long before these internet groups started up. The problem then, that the internet has corrected, was certain people running the boards and not being fair. I, however, with in a very short time, made my money back and then more than doubled it. I see how gifting works, people helping people. The government doesn’t like it cause they can’t tax you but the 16th ammendment was never ratified and they erroneously collect taxes from all us duped, scared folks. Our gifting ended when several people that didn’t make money and felt it was unfair, don’t mention they didn’t bring anyone on, went to the California DA. He interviewed people and said he was surprised because we were a group of very educated, people with money, not the usual gifters. He said the problem with gifting is you get people that get taken advantage of. No one was arrested, tried or otherwise taken to jail or charges brough against us, they just nicely asked us to stop and we did.

I collected all the tax papers from the IRS, went to a lawyer before I got involved and had stacks of papers to show how it was legal and we were not breaking the law. The California DA agreed. So, I guess it is just a matter of who you talk to and how they feel about the law at the moment, as seems to be the case with our legal system in totality.

I am very much for gifting. I do think however that Scott Miller is a bunch of hype, and I say this from a personal experience not his website. He is definitely in it for the money, but hey I say it is a free America and free enterprise is alive and well as it should be. Everyone is responsible for their own choices.

true. he is very hard to get on the phone. I spoke to this elderly lady who sent him a gift a bit later than he expected and scott miller refused to confirm her in the system. jack ass.

I mean, let’s get real here… it’s so sketchy if this is legal or not…and that ALONE should be enough to stay far from this gifting scheme. So much contradicting advice on the net and there are so many people who claim to know the exact truth…but let’s keep in mind here that they are not trained in law. In other words, you can’t trust them at all.

Besides, on Scott Miller the cash gift trainers website, he is offering deals to people. Think about it people!!!!! When you get someone interested –good luck–, they’ll likely come across scott miller’s website as well considering he’s at the top of google. That being said, don’t you think your prospect is going to choose Scott Miller as his cash gift trainer since he is offering so much crap – postcards, free mailing, etc.. – PLUS his deal of gifting less than what he puts you at!! C’mon, what a JOKE scott miller the cash gift trainer is. Looks like to me he is swindling people!

    I smell scam.

Heyyyy wait a second…with a cash gift… you’re not suppose to get ANYTHING in return…hmmmmm…Mr. Miller…shame on you.

avoid this scam at all costs.

The peoples program should look in to scott miller’s offering stuff on the side. He is ruining the program for other people.

  5. Ron Sweatman says:

Anyone can offer deals to beat Scott Miller. All you have to do is get with YOUR inviter and decide on the best approach. If YOUR inviter is not at a sufficiently high level, He/She would have to get with His/Her inviter. It can be done. I’m doing it as we speak. It’s all a charade. If we all offer $1,500 level for $500.00 then it’s all fake. We will never get large gifts again! There is no way that anybody is making the money that they claim they are if everyone is offering deals. It’s all hype.

  6. Greg Brown says:

Cash gifting is a scam and that makes the cash gift trainer no different. Scott Miller can quote his misleading IRS statements all he wants and insist that cash gifting is not a business. ..Its a pyramid scheme. He doesnt talk about the ending supply of people marking a giveaway pyramid and all the State AGs that have shut cash gifting down calling them pyramid schemes. No wonder there.
I’ll leave you with the best summary of Scott’s biggie called peoples program that I’ve been able to find by a fellow called Ivory emissary. If youre not a kooky cash gifting clubee that can’t understand the simple difference between a pyramid scheme and a gift then you can easily read this and understand why cash gifting is an illegal waste of money. .. .

  7. Its really that simple says:

First off, I deal with Scott on a weekly basis, and those of you that think he’s wheeling and dealing on the side must not work with him at all! ANYTIME DAY OR NIGHT that I have a question for him or need help with something he’s there. If he don’t answer right away, he ALWAYS calls me back within 1-2 hours. It took me 3 weeks to convince myself to join him, and he never once acted rudely because I took my time. Whenever I need advice, if I’m too busy to call him, I’ll shoot him an email and get a response every single time without fail. Those of you that have such poor choice words for this man are just jealous that his team can’t be touched when it comes to this subject! Point blank! Maybe you should consider joining his team if your feelings are hurt because you aren’t getting the numbers your mentor told you you’d have??? As far as the tax issues are concerned, I have a CPA and he has yet to find where what I’m doing is illegal. You can copy and paste all the links you want if that’s how you interpret the law, to each their own I guess. Not to mention my father being a retired police officer and now doing the same thing just to have spending money. The non-solicitation and gifting letters were checked over by a lawyer once I entered the program and a few things were edited to where, even by a lawyer’s stand point, were completely legal! There’s a crybaby in every aspect of life, if you don’t like how things are going in yours, join his team, your attitude will surely do a 180…mine did. I went from laid off and on unemployment to 5k in one month…my very first month. I can’t complain about that…Not to mention that I now know my FedEx driver by first name and see him about 3-5 times a week.

Let me say this cash gifting is a scam!!!! let me just say that i dont know how people can be so stupid and think it is other wise but i know people had made alot money with cash gifting but still it is ilegal cause people are getting in to cash gifting to make money and that is why they are recruiting people in to it so that u will do the same thing they trying to get new prospect to do and on that note its ilegal dumb asses. i never thous of sending a total stranger money just to receive cash in the mail by getting other people to do the same thing. Wow there a sucker born avery day . thats why cash gifting is so wide exceptable to people. if i wanted to do cash gifting i would make money with it but its not like u think it marketing u have to know how to market and thats something cash gifting doesnt teach u how to do but the people that i know that do make money with it they are using a process how to get the traffic and thats how they are making the money and i know what process that is. So if the average joe who wishes to make serious money with this u need certain software to pull
it off. or u not going to make jack shit .

  13. Dave Beck says:

I see we have likes and dislikes about Scott Miller. I myself like and well respect what Scott Miller has accomplished himself and for his team. He has always attempted to call me and email me back and always answered my questions.

Scott also went out of his way to create a system for cash gifters in the peoples program called cash gifting university and I did not hesitate to sign up and become a founding member in CGU and help be a cash gifting trainer for cash gifting university members.

I guess some people will never grow up and take responsible in themselves to go out and make things happen for themselves. If you want to be successful then you have to work hard, by being dedicated, motivated, and take for responsibility in yourself for your success.

  14. Mark says:

I have worked with Scott Miller for a while now and anytime that I have ever had a question for him I would call or email and get a response in one form or another.

Once again I see that there are folks out there that are not going to be responsible for their own success or failure. Cash gifting has been a blessing for me and my family and I will help anyone out there that would like to learn about gifting. If you decide you do not want to get involved with my gifting program, that is fine too. I’m interested in working with people that want it, not people that do not.

Scott has been very creative within the cash gifting industry and it has paid off handsomely for him, why is that such a problem for people? It took me a while to get going, but I didn’t quit and things are really starting to work out….hhhmmmmm funny how the harder you work the “luckier” you get.

  15. Dave says:

Scotty is no saint as stated above. He didn’t create the university to help, he created to charge members fees for help they should get for joining the program. I was with him early on and realized that any member that is advertising is wasting their money because soon as the new prospect starts researching the peoples program they will bypass you and join direct to scotty. Its so stupid that many don’t realize that. Dave beck, you don’t realized how many gifts were robbed from you. I know one of them personally. I complained to administration that running specials is against rules and got moved to another leader John. scotty runs specials which hurts the peoples program.
