ForexEnterprise.com Reviews | Is ForexEnterprise.com a Scam?

ForexEnterprise.com is a website that’s seems to be designed by Nick Marks, who also appears to have created a number of products throughout his career. The URL may be a little misleading because this product has nothing to do with Forex (Foreign Exchange) strategies. Rather, it seems to be much more focused on generating multiple streams of income via internet marketing methods.

What is ForexEnterprise.com Really All About?

This website was created to promote a product known as Nick Marks’ Multiple Streams of Income. The basic thesis of this product seems to be finding successful (profitable) websites and duplicating what they are doing.

Nick describes it as “Stealing”; however he goes on to state that:

“It wasn’t illegal. You see; I wasn’t stealing anything of physical value. I was stealing other people’s online incomes… I’d steal their idea, recreate their website, and all I needed to invest was around $20 in each of my ideas”.

His product is based upon “4 simple rules” that must be followed in order to be successful. If you follow these 4 rules, he claims that there is no way that you can fail, however you must follow them very strictly. This system seems to be a detailed step by step formula that simply needs to be implemented.

What Expenses Could Be Associated with ForexEnterprise.com?

Note: If you’re looking for a legitimate way to earn income online and want to
learn how to build a successful internet business, then I STRONGLY recommend you click here to discover where education meets opportunity!

The primary expense is $37.00. This is seemingly a one-time fee in exchange for access to the “Instant Members Area”; which is where you will find all of the content and training materials that the site appears to offer. Any additional expenses would come from the methods that Nick is teaching. He claims that you will need to spend less than $20 “per idea”.

Who Could ForexEnterprise.com Benefit?

It seems like this website is targeted at anyone looking to make a full-time income from internet marketing. This may include affiliate marketers, website designers, and much more. With such a broad target market, there could be a variety of different types of people who could be interested in this type of product and what it is said to offer.

Who is Nick Marks?

Nick Marks has seemingly been involved with internet marketing for nearly a decade and appears to be a recent recipient of the “Internet Marketers of the Year Award” from Russell Brunson and DotComSecrets.com. He is said to have created a number of products including: Affiliate Hijack, Newbies Cash Vault, Treasure Hunt Marketing, Internet Marketing University, and many more.

Forexenterprise.com Review | Is Forexenterprise.com A Scam?

Nick Marks claims that his Forex Enterprise system will make you money.

He himself says that he “started with nothing and now make $4256.37 on average every day.” He’s not very clear on what he’s doing to earn that money, but he is convinced that you can follow his program to earn money, too. You just have to follow his instructions exactly—and he’s very specific about that.

“Not 1 person who has put my system into practice has failed,” says Marks, using the “no true Scotsman” argument to imply that if you do fail, it must be because you’re putting his system into practice the wrong way.

Let’s look at the Forex Enterprise sales pitch with the “three strikes, you’re out” rule.

Forex Enterprise and Foreign Exchange: Strike One

The name is misleading. Forex Enterprise has nothing to do with foreign exchange market (forex) trading. Forex trading itself is an extremely high-risk investment that you should steer clear of unless you have done a lot of research, but it does offer big rewards and large profits. The Forex Enterprise landing page has no association with forex trading, and offers no explanation for their name. That’s strike one.

Forex Enterprise’s Suspect Endorsement: Strike Two

The endorsements are suspect. The Forex Enterprise landing page says that Nick Marks was featured in “the local Newspaper Business Magazine,” and has a purported clipping without any attribution. Why aren’t they naming the specific newspaper or business magazine involved? The landing page says that Forex Enterprise is based in Torrance, California, zip code 90501, which is the home of the Torrance Daily Breeze newspaper. The Daily Breeze has an online presence, but no mention of Nick Marks. That’s strike two.

Stealing, Forex Enterprise Style: Strike Three

Nick Marks says that his big idea is stealing. He says this to get attention, and tries to downplay it by saying “It wasn’t illegal. You see I wasn’t stealing anything of physical value,” but he says his method involved “stealing” ideas and making copies of successful websites.

Note: If you’re looking for a legitimate way to earn income online and want to
learn how to build a successful internet business, then I STRONGLY recommend you click here to discover where education meets opportunity!

The fact is that ideas do have physical value, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Nick Marks should know that, since item number one on his “terms and conditions” page reads: “The entire contents of the Site are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.” That’s strike three.

But wait! It turns out that Nick Marks and the Forex Enterprise system should never have been allowed into the ballpark! The Better Business Bureau has given Forex Enterprises an “F” rating, the lowest you can get.

The Los Angeles BBB website shows that they have been waiting since January 2007 for Forex Enterprises to substantiate their claim that you can earn $30,000 per month just by working one to two hours a week.

Forex Enterprise also has almost 70 complaints, and most of them have to do with unsatisfied customers unable to get a refund.

I recommend staying as far away from Forex Enterprises as possible.

Bottom Line

Nick Marks, who owns Forex Enterprises, promises that you will make money every day. Though he promises this, he is not sure how. All the 70 complaints lodged against Forex Enterprises is of dissatisfied customers who are unable to get a refund.
